Sustainability Process Engineer

Tenneco București, București (Onsite) Full-Time

Role Purpose:

Develop and implement plans to meet manufacturing Net Zero Carbon (NZC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to create and deliver the Performance Solutions NZC Roadmap, which maps out the methods, projects and phasing implementation required to achieve the CO2e reduction targets, as well regularly update the roadmap according to the progression of CFR Projects.
  • Define data and metrics to in line with international GHG protocol.
  • Develop CO2 reduction plans using LCA software tools.
  • Develop & Implement Renewable Energy sourcing plans.
  • Lead Manufacturing initiatives to reduce Energy use in plants globally.
  • Communicate and agree plans with Customers and Corporate Leaders.
  • Furthermore, the place owner is obliged to adhere to compliance with the work demands, environmental protection demands, and quality demands as far as they concern his/her field of work, such as safety and environmental influences and their consequences.
  • Qualifications or Functional Experience:

    Essential:

  • Post Graduate Engineering or Environmental science degree.
  • Environmental specialist.
  • English language.
  • Desirable:

  • LCA modelling.
  • Manufacturing process experience.
  • System or Knowledge:

  • Understanding of Greenhouse Gas Protocol.
