Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: India

The Graphic Designer will report to the Director, P3 Manufacturing & HR in Talent Management and will work closely with the Global Corporate Communications team.  The Talent Management design needs include, but are not limited to, branding of key Talent Management initiatives as well as our brand to the organization.  This role will develop/maintain design elements of the programs, infographics, plant-related communication materials (posters, video, etc.), creative training design and development, and other collateral as needed. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, design and produce graphic art that sustains learning
  • Proven ability to apply brand standards to complex business concepts, and then turn them into engaging graphics, presentations and other collateral. 
  • Create materials/templates that can be used/customized by global plants/facilities to ensure a consistent look and feel across the organization.
  • Illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy including size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
  • Partner with outside agencies, services, printers, etc., on an as-needed basis.
  • Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications, participation in professional societies, as requested. 
  • Contribute to team effort by proactively identifying departmental and company needs.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Talent Management Team.

Minimum Requirements

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Marketing, or related discipline.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional design experience.  Portfolio that shows creativity and capability in executing a wide range of design projects preferred.  Experience in the manufacturing industry a plus.

  • Knowledge of either Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
