- Capable of executing instructions and requesting clarification when needed.
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in data entry.
- Showcases adeptness in complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Recognizes and attends to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicates clearly and effectively conveys necessary information.
- Conduct lead generation activities via call campaigns to uncover new business opportunities for technology companies.
- Execute sales activities in alignment with KPIs and metrics.
- Prospect, call, set up, and confirm meetings between technology companies and government customers.
- Document all calls, sales activities, and customer/technology company interactions in our company CRM.
- Establish and maintain ongoing business relationships with technology company reps, channel partner reps, and government customers.
- Achieve all measurable daily performance standards (calls, orders, sell time, quota).
- Provide pricing and product availability to customers as required.
- Position products and service programs suited to customer’s business needs.
- Attend all scheduled TD SYNNEX training initiatives, reseller/Industry events, TD SYNNEX events.
Your passion is sparked by:
- Bachelor's Degree required; With a focus in Business Administration, Finance, and/or Accounting with an interest in an entry level Sales/Finance opportunity.
- Demonstrated business communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to converse with customers effectively over the phone
- Proven interpersonal skills and capable of learning, applying and presenting sales principles/techniques within a short timeframe
- Advanced computer skills capable of multi-tasking and/or work on multiple sales accounts concurrently
- Must be number and detail-oriented
- High degree of ethics and integrity a must
- Ability to multitask in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
- Work under general supervision
