Full-Time
Maxim Crane Works, LP, is seeking an experienced and driven Salesforce Product Owner to lead the strategic adoption, optimization, and management of Salesforce across our organization. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that Salesforce aligns with business needs, enhances user engagement, and delivers measurable value. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and end-users to maximize the platform’s effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the Salesforce product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Ability to develop and illustrate workflows.
• Drive Salesforce adoption and engagement by developing training programs, user support strategies, and best practices.
• Own the Salesforce backlog, prioritizing enhancements, bug fixes, and new features to optimize user experience and business efficiency.
• Partner with IT, Sales, Billing, and Marketing to ensure Salesforce supports cross-functional workflows and business processes, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable work items.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance by collaborating with IT and governance teams.
• Monitor user feedback and system performance, leveraging analytics and reporting to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for system enhancements and process automation.
• Lead testing and validation efforts to ensure that new releases and enhancements meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Product Owner.
• 3+ years of Business Analyst, Administrator, or Salesforce Developer.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
• Experience managing Salesforce integrations with third-party tools and enterprise systems.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into system functionality and user stories.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, leveraging methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive adoption and influence change.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Product Owner, or Salesforce Business Analyst) are a plus.
