The manager position works to create predictable revenue by optimizing the sales process with best practices and automation. This transformational candidate must lead cross functionally to unlock insights and create sales performance to achieve revenue objectives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Change agent to assist in re-engineering the sales cycle cross-functionally to drive revenue enhancement.
- Identify gaps between product, engineering, and sales to shorten time to market and drive additional revenue opportunities.
- Use information center to assist in the development of accurate forecasts and challenge current statuses trouble shooting shortfalls in time to enact mitigating initiatives.
- Work strategically with the sales team to ensure pipeline alignment and review new and reoccurring opportunities for mindful placement.
- Provides oversight to ensure teams are increasing share and capitalizing on all opportunities.
- Key driver of growth reviews and ensuring appropriate data and insights are provided empowering business decisions to be made.
- Manages sales programs ensuring alignment with cross departmental partners while also promoting new options such as marketing opportunities.
- A team player possessing excellent communication skills and having the ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively.
- Ability to present complex scenarios providing proposed solutions for consideration in front of leadership.
- Able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Assess situations, make judgements, analyze problems (not just symptoms), make logical decisions, and carry out the decision made.
- Work with other leaders to achieve company goals and objectives.
