Our fast-paced and friendly Internal Communications team sits at the heart of our UK&I business. We bring our organisation’s strategy alive for our co-workers and make sure they’re always kept informed, educated and engaged. It’s important you have expertise in working closely with internal stakeholders of all levels of seniority and in making business news easy-to-understand and compelling, using your natural flair for creativity.
Working as an essential member of the team and the wider HR team, the successful candidate will support the Internal Communications Manager on a variety of project related tasks.
Responsibilities:
Support in creation and delivery of internal communications and related projects.
Maintain and update our Intranet site (MS Sharepoint 10).
Create and manage digital signage content.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
Excellent relationship building skills.
Accurate and efficient communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Time and workload management skills, including ability to constructively work under pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
Familiarity with digital communication tools, including Canva (or similar graphic design tool), and content management systems such as MS Sharepoint 10.
Video production skills (end-to-end capture and post-production).
