Marketing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support the North America Marketing team. The Marketing Operations Specialist will manage events and day-to-day marketing operations supporting DRiV business initiatives. This role will report to the Director of Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:         

  • Plan, organize and execute DRiV events including customer-specific shows (both national and regional levels, in-person and virtual), industry conferences and trade shows, and internal corporate events.
  • Support the awareness of DRiV brands, new products, and initiatives, by incorporating organizational messaging and identity, into events.
  • Conceptualize event themes, design, plan logistics, coordinate with vendors and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain inventory and process of owned Event Marketing Assets and their distribution.
  • Ensure events are executed within budget and on schedule.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations, including marketing material fulfillment and leveraging technology to support internal team members.
  • Designated company expert and admin behind Digital Marketing Communication platform (Showpad) maintaining consistent and up to date sales support materials and updates to internal teams across the organization.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and proactively seek improvements to process.
  • Monitor / track all project spend to budgets.

EDUCATION: BA/BS degree

SKILL & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and/or event planning; prior event planning experience required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to communicate and coordinate with senior leaders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, problem solver; able to work as part of a dynamic team.
  • Self-driven person who can coordinate multiple tasks simultaneous in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel. Powerpoint).

Travel Required: Up to 10% travel required to support necessary events.
