Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual English/French)

TD SYNNEX Montreal, Quebec (Onsite) Full-Time

Responsabilités

    Comme vendeur sédentaire avec des compétences en communication et un fort code professionnel, les attentes seront de vendre les produits et services de TD SYNNEX par téléphone. Vous aurez l’opportunité de créer des liens avec des nouveaux clients, établir la légitimité des contacts, et guider les nouveaux clients à travers le processus d’application comme revendeurs.

    Description des tâches

    ● Développer, augmenter et servir les comptes existants

    ● Atteindre les standards de performance quotidien (appels, commandes,

    ventes dans les délais prédéterminés et nombre de ventes mensuelles

    prédéterminé)

    ● Atteindre les buts de rente et profits assignés

    ● Communiquer la disponibilité et le prix des produits

    ● Déterminer la disponibilité des produits et services pour satisfaire les besoins

    du client

    ● Maintenir les profils et informations des clients

    ● Traiter les authorizations de retours et répondre aux appels des clients

    ● Fournir les informations pertinentes et la date approximative de livraison

    ● Traiter les commandes correctement et maintenir les commandes en attente

    ● Aider au développement des comptes en collaboration avec les associés

    extérieurs ou les représentants de développement d’affaires

    ● Maintenir un service à la clientèle de haut niveau et demandes de suivi

    efficaces

    ● Assister à des formations de TD SYNNEX et des évènements de l’industrie et

    ceux des revendeurs

    Les compétences

    ● Diplôme d’école secondaire requis, éducation postsecondaire un atout

    ● Six mois d’expérience en vente sédentaire ou 2 ans d’expérience reliée à

    l’industrie

    ● Bilingue (français et anglais)

    ● Un désir pour apprendre et démonstration d’initiative

    ● Innovant, motivé et possédant des compétences en communication.

    ● Compétent en MS Word et Excel

    ● Capacité de maintenir des bonnes relations entre les départements

    ● Avoir la volonté de travailler hors des heures prévues et assister

    occasionnellement à des conférences durant la fin de semaine

    ● Compétences requises: communication, attention particulière aux détails,

    compétences interpersonnelles et sagacité en vente About the Role

    As an inside sales representative with strong communication skills and a solid work ethic, you'll play a key role in selling TD SYNNEX products/services via telephone.  In this role, you'll have the opportunity to generate prospective customers through cold calling, qualify leads, and guide new customers through the reseller application process.

    What You’ll Do

    • Service, grow, and develop accounts.

    • Achieve daily performance standards (calls, orders, sell time, quota).

    • Meet assigned revenue and profit goals.

    • Provide pricing and product availability.

    • Position products and services to meet customer needs.

    • Maintain customer profiles and information.

    • Process return authorizations and handle incoming calls.

    • Provide ETA and shipping information.

    • Process orders accurately and maintain back-order accounts.

    • Assist in developing accounts with outside associates or Business Development Reps.

    • Deliver excellent follow-up and customer service.

    • Attend TD SYNNEX training, reseller/industry events.

    What We’re Looking For

    • High School Diploma required; post-secondary education an asset with 6 months of inside sales experience or 2 years industry-related experience.

    • Bilingual (English and French).

    • Strong desire to learn and show initiative.

    • Innovative, self-motivated, and excellent communication skills.

    • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

    • Good interdepartmental relationships.

    • Willingness to work extended hours and attend weekend conferences occasionally.

    • Core competencies: communication, detail orientation, interpersonal skills, and sales acumen.
