Role Overview: As the Global Director of Cyber Security, you will lead a team of cybersecurity experts, implementing and operating security technologies, controls, and processes. Your role includes maintaining our security platform, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with senior management to reduce risk and improve security services.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor the cybersecurity team.
• Develop and execute a global cyber security strategy.
• Implement and maintain security tools and technologies.
• Ensure continuous process improvement and effective security service delivery.
• Support incident and problem management.
• Conduct audit and assurance testing for compliance.
• Educate colleagues and business partners on cybersecurity best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, including management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships.
• Quick learner with adaptability to new systems and technology.

• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
• Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
