MRS - Program Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our Tenneco team.

Working mode: 4day office/1 day HO

Location: Hodkovice nad Mohelkou, Czechia

Key Responsibilities

• Drive seamless integration and collaboration between plants and Launch Managers to ensure program success.

• Lead program trade-off analysis, balancing cost, time, product quality, and resources.

• Proactively identify and mitigate program risks, utilizing strategic problem-solving and the Red Flag process.

• Ensure all customer milestones (MRDs) are met on time, delivering high-quality products.

• Validate that Cost Analysis Reports (CARs) and Business Cases are realistic and achievable.

• Oversee the development and execution of quality objectives and roadmaps through your program teams.

• Guarantee the on-time PPAP approval for purchased components.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Educational Background: Degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: Proven track record in Program Management within a technical or manufacturing environment.

• Leadership: Ability to lead, inspire, and drive cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.

• Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills, capable of making informed decisions by balancing engineering, financial, timing, and quality factors.

• Technical Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of APQP, PPAP processes, and proficiency in MS Project.

• Languages: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of German or French is an advantage.
