Job Purpose:  

To achieve individual and team profit targets whilst providing an outstanding service to TD SYNNEX’s customers whilst maintaining the highest levels of accuracy, efficiency and service to all customers & vendors.

Responsibilities:  

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets

  • Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers

  • Obtain and maintain accreditations in Vendor programs

  • Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX’s CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated

  • Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts

  • Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions

  • Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customers

  • Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition

  • Develop and execute account plans to maintain and grow customer business, this may be in conjunction with a Field Sales Executive or Business Development Manager.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:  

  • Effective communication skills with ability to deliver at all levels;

  • Must be proactive and self-motivated;

  • Analytical & numerate with excellent attention to detail                                                     

  • Problem solving & negotiation skills                                                                                            

  • Effective time management and prioritising                              

  • Must have strong organisation skills with ability to plan, prioritise and maintain focus;

  • An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment

  • Able to work and achieve deadlines under pressure in fast changing environment

  • Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Outlook.

  • IT Channel Sales and/or Purchasing Experience.

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware & software.

  • Experience of SAP R3 / BW would be advantageous

  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
