Senior Marketing Program Manager

TD SYNNEX Greenville, SC (Onsite) Full-Time

About the Role

The Senior Marketing Program Manager is responsible for implementing and supporting the go-to-market strategy for assigned area (SOLV-based marketing, vendor marketing squad, solutions marketing squad, initiative-based marketing program or service line within the portfolio of TD SYNNEX’s proprietary offerings). The Senior Marketing Program Manager will be integral in the design and planning of annual programs, campaigns and other actions that support go-to-market strategy, while creating clear and meaningful communications to both internal teams and the vendor partner. The Senior Marketing Program Manager will work closely with the business unit to understand business plan growth goals and create a strategic marketing plan (annual program) to support those goals. This role reports directly to the Manager, Program Management or Manager, Vendor Marketing, and collaborates with Campaign Management, Marketing Operations, our internal agency (TD SYNNEX Creative Group) and key stakeholders as outlined.

Whay You'll Do

  • Works hand in hand with campaign management, business/product development and functional leaders across the business to employ an annual program or marketing plan that consists of a mix of creative tactics, including multi-touch, multi-channel nurture programs, content marketing; events; direct mail, social media and digital

  • This position is expected to understand the execution needs of annual programs, creating deliverable timelines and estimates that fit within overarching program schedules and budgets, including the evaluation of 3rd party programs and owning their financial strategy.

  • Ensure marketing plan/annual program is implemented and program is completed on time and within budget; recommend new or redirect strategies as needed

  • Formalize processes, measurement tools and reporting structure to support the program goals

  • Other duties as assigned to meet company objectives such as maintaining all contracts and responsibilities for onboarding and/or offboarding of 3rd parties and contractors

What We're Looking For

  • >5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience

  • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

  • Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.

  • Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above)

  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

  • Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.

  • Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.

  • Three to five years of advanced experience with product line or solution marketing

  • Demonstrated success influencing and working with cross-functional leaders

  • Strong background in business analytics, measurement and dashboards

  • Demonstrated skills in messaging and positioning offerings

  • Experience developing thought leadership to enhance product/program reputation

  • Experience in all aspects of go-to-market strategy for IT products, services and solutions

  • Strong insight into the operational side of offering delivery

  • Strong background in understanding and owning financial analysis of our 3rd parties

  • Able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of IT products, services and solutions

Working Conditions:

  • Frequent Travel Required (25%).
