About the role:
A Product Manager in Digital Commerce is responsible of supporting the established vision and direction of our cloud platform. The incumbent will assist in, managing the delivery of the technical sprint planning to the business, reporting out on the business functional adoption results to the senior leadership, and working across a defined organizational stakeholder to support sustained growth rate and enable rapid innovation in the programs.
What you'll do:
Engage with regional stakeholders
Align platform adoption with product strategy and roadmap (3-Year Strategy, 4-Quarter Roadmap, 3-Month Backlog).
Measure platform adoption KPIs (Revenue, Margin, Orders, CSAT, NPS, Customer Visits, Accounts).
Support basic product requirements (Personas, Customer Journey Maps, Customer Flow Diagrams, User Stories).
Assist in customer experience design (UX Visual Design, Concept, Usability Testing).
Support product testing (Business and IT Quality Assurance, Show-and-Tell, Demos, Release Readiness).
Assist business rollout (Business Training, Sales Support).
What we're kindly looking for:
6+ years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Information Systems field of study required.
Experience driving Product Adoption
