Onboarding Analyst

TD SYNNEX Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México (Onsite) Full-Time

About the role:

The Credit Review and AR Analyst reviews new and existing customers to determine appropriate credit limits and terms, and reviews sales orders for release for a large dynamic technology organization. Working in a fast-paced environment, this role collaborates closely with AR team, sales organization, and customers to gather necessary information to maximize revenue potential while mitigating excessive credit risk.

What you'll do:

  • Reviews new and existing customers to determine appropriate credit limits and terms.

  • Analyzes financial statements when provided and for credit requests greater than $50K.

  • Documents analysis and justification of credit decisions.

  • Handles account base of limited complexity.

  • Review and release orders, within guidelines, as needed.

  • Works autonomously or in group settings on strategic initiative projects as assigned by management.

  • >1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience

  • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

  • Able to use common office equipment.

  • Possesses basic data entry skills.

  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

  • Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.

  • Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.

  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

  • Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.

  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

  • Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.

  • Able to effectively multi-task.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.

  • Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.

  • Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.

  • Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at a basic level.

  • Able to talk on the phone (or wear a headset) for long periods of time.

  • Able to be immobile for long extended periods.

  • Ability to stay awake and alert while performing work.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate professionally and amiably with internal and external customers.

  • Basic financial statement analysis skills and interpretation.

  • Ability to work as part of a team.

  • Ability to perform basic research and analysis.

  • Ability to organize work and use time wisely.

Working Conditions:

  • Professional, office environment.

  • Remote / Work-from-home.

  • May be required to work in shifts (timings subject to business needs)

  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

  • On-call availability required as necessary.
