About the Role:
We’re looking for a Data & Automation Business Developer to join our team. In this role, you will drive business growth by executing strategic initiatives, engaging key customers, and developing vendor partnerships. This role blends responsibilities in markets where both functions are not deployed separately.
The Data & Automation Business Developer will work on small to mid-size accounts of moderate complexity, fostering strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to establish TD SYNNEX as a Trusted Advisor in the industry. Key Responsibilities:
Drive market share growth in Data and Automation.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and vendors.
Onboard new vendors to boost sales and results.
Work with sales teams to improve market visibility.
Lead negotiations on major deals.
Provide sales guidance to internal teams.
Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with vendor operational, sales, and marketing teams.
Key Skills and Experience:
Deep knowledge and experience in Direct Sales.
Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to influence sales teams and build structured sales strategies.
High energy, motivation, and ownership of responsibilities.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and numerical skills.
Deep understanding of the IT industry, including channel, vendors, and competition.
