HR Analyst Generalist
Job Purpose
The HR Generalist resolves and escalates co-worker and manager questions and challenges, and lead the development, implementation, and administration of human resources programs, practices and procedures often encompassing several areas of human resources including HRBPs and HR COEs (Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HRIS, Compensation, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Ethics & Compliance). The HR Generalist is distinguished from the HRBP by the focus on operational responsibilities with coworkers/managers versus the HRBP focus on working with leadership to align HR strategy with the business strategy.
Responsabilities:
- Manages questions and issues from co-workers and managers. Determines escalations and resolution through company programs and policies to COEs and HRBPs.
- Manages onboarding of new hires including create and develop programs to improve new hire experience.
- Work closely with leaders to conduct offboarding process, guarantee the quality of the process and company polices and procedures.
- Work with HR Operations team to create, update and customize Workday data reports as business requests.
- Champion on HRBP workday responsibilities.
- Work with HRLT to develop Analytics initiatives
- Supports in all Performance management programs as Touchpoint and Succession planning.
- Conducts the Talent development local programs as “Go Beyonds”, upskilling and coaching initiatives.
- Be the champion on Workday Learning initiatives as Workday learning partner. Working with global COEs and serve the local necessities.
- Work closely with Total Reward COE in global initiatives and guarantee the quality of the information and services.
- Assist the HRBPs and Talent Acquisition team in execution recruitment improvements focus on business success.
- Be the first contact to the Backoffice leadership to assist the business (Finance, Legal, Operations and IT)
What we're looking for:
Experience:
- 5+ Years of relevant work experience in HR, especially in Talent Management.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with Business/HR or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong values with a clear inner core of servant leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in Talent Management projects ad performance management, development programs and others.
- Proficient in English – Mandatory. Spanish is a plus.
- Strong Team-focused mindset
- Ability to create and conduct formal presentations.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
