About the role:

The E-com Manager optimize e-commerce processes at TD SYNNEX by implementing and supporting systems that promote automated and self-sufficient business operations for customers and partners.

What you'll do:

  • EDI/XML Management: Set up and maintain new connections, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to the EDI team when necessary. Handle local and central projects.

  • Datapacks: Manage setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting for customer datapacks. Verify content and pricing (up to 14 days back).

  • InTouch Platform (Our e-commerce platform): Administer users (creation, login, updates, deletion) and provide training and support for internal and external users. Manage translations, microsites, content, and issue resolution. Test and enhance new features.

  • E-invoicing: Set up, support, and follow up on failed messages. Manage SAP updates and customer tickets.

  • Customer Support: Assist with onboarding, customer creation and maintenance, and handle non-e-commerce tasks such as D-note customization.

  • Projects: Lead and participate in local and central projects, supporting new initiatives and developments across all e-commerce platforms.

  • General Support: Back up for your e-com colleagues in the other Nordic countries, provide day-to-day e-commerce platform assistance, drive adoption of electronic sales, and deliver training for TD SYNNEX's e-commerce tools.

You will be part of a strong NORDIC team, and have a close co-operation with the e-com managers in Sweden, Denmark and Finland, but primarily focus will be to support the Norwegian organization.

What we're kindly looking for:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, EDI/XML, datapacks, and SAP.

  • Fluently in Norwegian and English

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide proactive customer support.

  • Familiarity with systems like SAP, and XML tools. Training provided if needed.

  • 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications.
