App Growth Manager

We are seeking an App Growth Manager to join our eCommerce team and play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' journey and profitably growing customers, revenue, and satisfaction.  The person in this role must be detail oriented, organized, and can juggle multiple tasks under aggressive timelines as well as a “can-do” attitude and full accountability. 

This person will have demonstrated skill with App performance and ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.  This position will work closely with cross-functional teams in Merchandising, Marketing, Product Management, UX, and Engineering.  

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Engineering, Analytics) to develop and execute a winning app roadmap that aligns with Shutterfly brand vision and app value proposition
• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the app, including downloads, active users, conversion rates, average order value, customer lifetime value (LTV), and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• Analyze user behavior data and app store insights to identify trends, understand customer needs, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Champion A/B testing initiatives and use data-driven insights to iterate on the app experience and optimize features.
• Oversee the launch and ongoing optimization of new app features, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience across devices.
• Stay abreast of the latest mobile app trends and best practices

 Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in mobile app management, e-commerce product marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of mobile app analytics, user behavior, and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
