Inside Account Executive

About the Role

As an Inside Account Executive, you'll play a key role in engaging daily with specific accounts to drive revenue, margins, and market share. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with teams to ensure a positive customer experience and handle complex issues with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Do:

• Travel up to 25% for customer events and meetings.

• Manage territory P&L and make profitability decisions.

• Build strong relationships at all levels within accounts.

• Present TD SYNNEX’s solutions to customers.

• Resolve moderate-level issues and escalate as needed.

• Develop documentation and delegate repetitive tasks.

• Drive revenue and profitability growth.

• Expand strategic accounts and projects.

• Generate opportunities through outbound calls.

• Present TD SYNNEX’s offerings to customers.

• Collaborate on RFPs, proposals, and presentations.

• Manage projects, especially for new customer onboarding.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience & Education: 3-5 years of relevant work experience and post-secondary education.

• Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Solve moderate issues, demonstrate critical thinking, and make sound decisions.

• Negotiation & Communication: Skillfully negotiate, promote ideas, and communicate effectively with diverse identities.

• Leadership & Collaboration: Show strong leadership, collaborate well, and build effective working relationships.

• Organization & Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and tasks efficiently.

• Adaptability & Stress Management: Adapt to change, work under pressure, and handle high workloads.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced use of relevant computer applications and common office equipment.

• Confidentiality & Ethics: Maintain confidentiality and uphold social, ethical, and organizational standards.
