Assistant Manager – Process Engineering
Experience –BE with 8 Years’ Experience
Job description: Responsible for process design and Facility planning for New Process development. (New Product)
Existing Process Development (Continuous Improvement) Tools can be used as Time Study/Kaizen/Six Sigma / VSM etc.
Responsible for Improving Line OAE.
Documents Control of all processes and equipment’s: PFD, PFMEA, Work standards, setting instructions.
Responsible for Project tracking, Co ordination with global suppliers.
Responsible for Machine installment & commissioning. Capacity monitoring and management for all processes and tools.
Responsible for co ordination with global engineering for technology transfer.
Responsible for Projects involving building maintenance & New construction.
