Business Dev Rep II - Samsung Specialist
About the Role
The Business Development Representative focuses on nurturing customer relationships, supporting vendor initiatives, and managing vendor pipelines. The role involves driving partner growth through outbound calls, lead follow-ups, deal closures, and expanding relationships.
What You’ll Do:
Maintain customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
Provide customer service and support as a primary contact.
Collaborate with vendors to execute strategic initiatives and drive business growth.
Support partner enablement, including vendor training and guidance on products.
Manage the vendor pipeline by identifying leads and progressing opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for follow-up and accurate reporting.
Develop expertise in vendor products and industry trends.
Analyze data to identify improvements and implement strategies.
Solve problems using technical knowledge to configure, price, quote, and process requests.
Provide education and guidance on product alternatives and cross-references.
Participate in sales team planning and review processes.
Conduct customer consultations and vendor training.
Attend relevant industry training as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
1-3 years of relevant experience preferred; high school diploma required, with post-secondary education in marketing or related fields preferred.
Understanding of sales processes, procedures, and terminology.
Proficiency in basic math, data entry, and office equipment operation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively, manage time, and adapt to change.
Commitment to confidentiality, ethical standards, and professionalism.
Willingness to travel, work non-standard hours or overtime, and adapt to new technology.
