Seasonal Recruiting Coordinator
- Coordinating and scheduling candidate travel and interviews.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with outside staffing agencies to build temporary applicant pool for roles enterprise-wide.
- Coordinating temporary staff sourcing, offers and on-boarding.
- Managing new team member on-boarding process; including orientation schedules and reporting, and process new hire set up paperwork.
- Working with HR partners, payroll and departments across the organization to ensure new hires are properly set up and on-boarded.
- Managing the Employee Referral Program.
- Generating and maintaining regular reporting.
- Overseeing department budget and invoicing.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Special Certifications or Technical Skills
- Strong Excel, basic Access and Microsoft office software skills
Minimum Type of Experience the Job Requires
- 1-3 years’ experience in a human resource function, including recruitment and hiring
Other
- General knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Preferred Education
- Some college education preferred; or significant work experience required
