Procurement Analyst I

About The Role:

As a Procurement Analyst you’ll play a key role in supporting the stocking and drop ship procurement processes, manage inventory assets, and align with Product Marketing to achieve customer and vendor satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and collaborate on vendor buy opportunities.

• Manage inventory to meet department objectives.

• Negotiate returns and manage dropship billing.

• Ensure adherence to vendor terms and minimize financial risks.

• Resolve PO disputes and recommend improvements.

• Prepare for SIOP review and handle escalations.

• Conduct UAT testing.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.

• Highschool Diploma Required.

• Strong data entry, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficient in English and other local languages.

• Effective negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and handle stress.

• Advanced proficiency with relevant computer systems.

• Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as needed.
