Reporting Specialist - CCA (TEMP - 4 Months)

TD SYNNEX Miramar, FL (Onsite) Full-Time

Job Description:

The Reporting Specialist for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) Organization will be responsible for the creation of Excel reports, SharePoint management, standard operating procedures and creation of Office 365 applications.

Also, a core responsibility is recurring updates to daily productivity reports.

What You’ll Do:

  • Creates and Maintains Excel Reports  (40%)

  • Validates Data Accuracy (25%)

  • Creates and Maintains PowerApps (15%)

  • Creates and Maintains flows in PowerAutomate (5%)

  • Manages SharePoint Sites (5%)

  • Creates ad-hoc reports at the direction of leadership (5%)

  • Creates and Submits Standard Operating Procedures for Review (5%)

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Additional duties as assigned

  • Meets attendance and punctuality standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Some College with Advanced student or associate degree of STEM career, Finance or similar field field of study required.

  • 1+ Years of relevant work experience.

  • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

  • Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills.

  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

  • Able to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish.

  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.

  • Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.

  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

  • Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.

  • Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.

  • Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.

  • Able to use relevant computer system applications at an intermediate level.

Other Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with Mathematics, Engineering or STEM Field of Study preferred.

  • Proficient in English (level B1 or higher) desired.

Working Conditions:

  • Professional environment (Remote).

  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

  • Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
