Marketing Specialist

At TD SYNNEX, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist focused on executing strategic programs and campaigns aligned with business needs. This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing our market positioning by driving initiatives that amplify our value proposition. You will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external agencies, ensuring seamless execution across diverse business units and vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of sales enablement campaigns and programs, ensuring alignment with TD SYNNEX’s go-to-market strategy.

• Develop and manage educational content to drive sales growth and strengthen partner relationships.

• Oversee partnerships with external agencies, coordinating the creation of strategic materials, campaigns, and assets.

• Monitor campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Facilitate internal and external communication among marketing, sales, and partners to ensure efficient execution of initiatives.

• Coordinate webinars, digital content schedules, and assets aligned with commercial objectives.

• Collaborate with Vendor Managers and regional marketing teams to align enablement programs with strategic priorities.

• Manage campaign budgets, working with stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and maximize impact.

Key Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing or similar roles focused on campaign execution and management.

• Advanced English proficiency, with regular interaction with global teams and international stakeholders.

• Portuguese is a plus but not mandatory.

• Proven experience in working with external agencies and managing campaign budgets.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• A proactive attitude with a growth mindset, able to quickly adapt to shifting business priorities and strategies.
