Renewals Specialist (Cisco) - CCA
Job Description:
The Renewals Specialist (CISCO) for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) Organization achieve individual and team profit targets whilst providing an outstanding service to TD SYNNEX’s customers whilst maintaining the highest levels of accuracy, efficiency, and service to all customers & vendors.

What You’ll Do:
Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets
Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers
Obtain and maintain accreditations in Vendor programs
Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX’s CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated
Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts
Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customers
Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition
Develop and execute account plans to maintain and grow customer business, this may be in conjunction with a Field Sales Executive or Business Development Manager.
Performs other additional duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
1+ Years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in English (level B2 or higher) desired.
Effective communication skills with ability to deliver at all levels.
Must be proactive and self-motivated.
Analytical & numerate with excellent attention to Detail
Problem solving & negotiation skills
Effective time management and prioritizing
Must have strong organization skills with ability to plan, prioritize and maintain focus.
An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
Able to work and achieve deadlines under pressure in fast changing environment
Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Outlook.
IT Channel Sales and/or Purchasing Experience.
Basic understanding of computer hardware & software.
Experience of SAP R3 / BW would be advantageous.
Other Education/Certifications:
3+ years’ experience in Sales.
Bachelor's degree in BA & Marketing
Working Conditions:
Professional environment (Remote).
Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
