Account Receivable Analyst

About the Role:

The Accounts Receivable analyst maintains the collection, reconciliation, and resolution of assigned Accounts Receivable balances for a large dynamic technology organization. Working in a fast-paced environment, this role professionally collects and reconciles Accounts Receivable balances both timely and accurately ensuring targeted metrics are achieved.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform account reconciliations with minimal guidance based on authority levels.

• Research accounts receivable histories for new and existing customers.

• Contact customers regarding payment information, identifying and addressing payment blocks.

• Recognize red flags in accounts and escalate to management.

• Resolve discrepancies and manage open issues for timely resolution.

• Process applications within compliance guidelines.

• Research invoice and credit memo histories accurately.

• Be available for on-call support during non-standard hours when required.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.

• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.

• Knowledge of account reconciliation and credit procedures.

• Familiarity with RMA/Program processes, from issuance to credit processing.

• Good understanding and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Basic understanding of accounts receivable and problem resolution with minimal guidance.

• Strong organizational skills and time management.

• Ability to accurately enter data and perform basic mathematical calculations.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to adapt to change and manage stress under deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while demonstrating empathy and understanding for others.

• Comfortable with extended periods of immobility and phone communication.

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and technologies.

• Working Conditions:

• Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as needed.

• Professional office environment with a hybrid (in-office and remote) work model.
