Frontend Engineer, E-Commerce

Responsibilities:
Plan, design, develop, and test components of UI systems to deliver business requirements.
Collaborate with designers on creating modern and easy-to-use experiences for our customers.
Work with the team on full-stack implications while delivering product requirements and improving full-stack performance.
Drive technical excellence in the team by delivering high-quality code and performing peer reviews to maintain code standards.
Extensive collaboration with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver new products.
Interact with smart and talented engineers from different teams
Create technically excellent software iteratively using agile methods.
Participate in product roadmap discussions and identify key areas for improvement in the product and incorporate these goals into ongoing & future development initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
BS or MS in Computer Science or a related Engineering discipline with a good understanding of data structures and algorithms
Strong command of browser-side client technologies including HTML, CSS, and ECMAScript
Solid experience and passion for building highly interactive and efficient web applications using Javascript, CSS, HTML, AJAX, JSON, and React
Familiar with frontend Single Page Applications (SPA) development or with frameworks such as React, Redux, NEXT.js, GraphQL; and building server-side applications using Node.js.
Recognize backend standards such as RESTful API
Experience with web development testing frameworks and test runners
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Fast learner and strong sense of ownership of all the platforms and products
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Strong understanding of product quality and performance standards
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communication, and should be able to communicate with various teams
Experience in demonstrated industry is highly desirable
Ability to take initiative and be innovative
Fluency in English is a plus
Experience in cloud computing
Agile/Scrum process is preferred
