Content Creation Specialist
Major Activities
- Develop and execute content for all social channels, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and publish weekly content, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and marketing initiatives.
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages to look out for reshare opportunities.
- Ideate, film, edit, and optimize video content, leveraging viral trends and real-time engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate with social and brand marketing teams to develop content that enhances campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze weekly social media trends, providing insights and recommendations to the social and influencer teams.
- Design visually compelling graphics for IG Stories, in-feed posts, and other digital formats using graphic design tools.

Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
Minimum Special Certifications or Technical Skills
- Expertise with social platform mechanics and best practices
- Videography and Photography skills
- Video, photo, and graphic editing skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Minimum Type of Experience the Job Requires
- 2-4 years marketing experience or a related field
- Retail marketing background
Other
- Ability to organize and execute multiple projects
- Willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent written & oral communication skills, with an ability to determine appropriate content & style for a diverse group
- Need to be very organized and detail driven
- Have a love for arts, crafts, and making!
Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication, Marketing, or related field
