Procurement Specialist

職務内容             

外資系IT専門商社の調達部門での業務となります。

適正なタイミングで適正量を仕入れ、売上・利益の最大化に向けた在庫コントロールを担うプロキュアメント本部において、 プロキュメントサービス部は、仕入を行うバイヤーをサポートする部署になります。具体的には、仕入先マスタの管理や、業務改善・効率化の仕組みづくりに携わっていただきます。 バイヤー、経理、カスタマーサービス、倉庫など、社内の多くの部署と関わるポジションです。   

具体的な職務内容             

• 仕入先マスター登録・管理             

• 仕入先向けWebサービスのアカウント登録、問合せ対応        

• 仕入先への返品申請          

• プロキュアメント本部全体の郵便物整理      

• 保管帳票の管理   

• Excelデータの更新           

• 社内コミュニケーション、ミーティング      

• ベンダーへの発注業務      

• 基本は出社、週1程度テレワーク可能          

求めるスキル      

• PCの基本操作（ブラインドタッチ、基本的なショートカットキー等）   

• Excel、Word、PowerPointの基本スキル ※Excel中級レベル以上（VLOOKUP、IF、ピボットテーブル等）   

• 分析能力（データや状況を見て状況分析が出来る）

• プロセス改善や効率化に関する経験やスキルを有する方

• チームワークを大切にし、関連部署と連携して積極的に業務に取り組める方      

• 課題意識を持ち、業務改善に意欲的に取り組む方

求める経験          

• 【必須】社会人経験2年以上 ＋下記いずれかの経験をお持ちの方     

• 営業担当として社内外の関係者を巻き込んで仕事を進めた経験

• 日常業務においてデータを活用した分析経験がある方

• 業務改善の経験がある方

• 【尚可】BIツール（Tableau、PowerBIなど）の使用経験がある方
