Arconic is currently in search of Compliance Manager to join our Legal Team in Pittsburgh, PA.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining Arconic Compliance policies and procedures such as the Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption, Gifts & Entertainment, and Conflicts of Interests.
- Responsible for case management of Arconic’s Integrity Line driving cases to completion, generating reports from the system, testing the Integrity Line and monitoring corrective actions.
- Prepare quarterly metrics and reporting for the Compliance Program to be presented to Business Leaders, CLO and the Board.
- In partnership with HR and legal team, conduct investigations and support other Arconic investigators as needed.
- Responsible for Arconic’s compliance training programs, including course selection and customization. Drive and track course completions. Prepare reporting metrics, apprising stakeholders of progress and providing employee support when questions arise.
- Support deployment of Arconic’s Conflict of Interest survey, managing the reminder process, driving survey completion and monitoring survey completion data.
- Responsible for intermediary screening and approval process.
- Provide technical support for users of the third-party due diligence tool (Dow Jones).
- Review charitable contribution and gifts and hospitality requests.
- Coordinate translations with our translation vendor and partner with internal regional contacts.
- Support completion of Arconic’s Self-Assessment Tool (ASAT) process for Compliance-related functions and provide support for other Legal Department functions, as necessary.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Seven years minimum experience in a similar role in a corporate ethics and compliance, legal or human resources department.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
