Lead Generation Coordinator
About the Role
As a Lead Generation Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and executing lead generation marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth for TD SYNNEX reseller partners. You will collaborate closely with 3rd-party lead suppliers, reseller partners, and internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and achieve targeted outcomes. This role requires strong organizational and customer service skills to effectively manage relationships and deliver results. As part of the DemandSolv marketing group, you will help accelerate demand for vendor solutions, bridging the gap between resellers and end customers.
What You'll Do
Responsible for managing marketing lead generation campaigns with business partners that support marketing initiatives. Receive initial direction, but work is performed independently and requires the exercise of judgment and discretion.
Collaborate with vendor marketing, sales and other cross-functions teams to support execution marketing campaigns
Communicate with campaign participants and stakeholders and host kick-off calls to provide them guidance and information
Coordinate the delivery of marketing leads with external vendors and set quality expectations
Input, track and review lead info for lead reporting and to ensure deliverables meet identified specifications, internal quality standards and external legal requirements
Monitor and track lead feedback and lead progression through Smartsheet
Compile weekly campaign updates for assigned campaigns
Process lead uploads into a lead platform and manage reseller involvement and questions
Serve as point-of-contact for concerns and questions related to assigned campaigns and provide solutions for typical issues
Monitor campaign progress and recommend adjustments when needed
Develop solutions to defined tasks, typical problems and projects appropriate in scope and complexity.
Follow-up with resellers on all their scheduled appointment to collect and document lead-feedback
Address lead qualification concerns with the 3rd party suppliers
Provide regular updates on campaign progress to the business stakeholders
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support a campaign
Review campaign reporting from 3rd party suppliers and make updates to our systems for reporting
Answer questions or address concerns related to campaign or participating business partners from internal stakeholders or vendors brands
Assist with lead follow up activities for reporting on campaign's success.
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of work experience is required. Relevant work experience in channel marketing or technology preferred.
Required Education: - Bachelor's Degree
Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
Able to use common office equipment.
Possesses basic data entry skills.
Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above)
Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.
Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to effectively multi-task.
Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
Able to be immobile for long extended periods.
Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.
Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at a basic level.
