IT Support Analyst III
The IT Support Analyst III plays a key role in managing and optimizing the end-user device environment, with a focus on system configuration, deployment, and management using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT support, a deep understanding of SCCM and Intune, and the ability to lead infrastructure enhancement projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and support the SCCM infrastructure for efficient software deployment.
• Standardize and optimize processes using Intune.
• Ensure co-management health between SCCM and Intune environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware and software issues across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT issues.
• Manage mobile device and Windows endpoint configurations through Intune (MDM).
• Monitor and manage SPAM filters and email quarantine systems to ensure secure communication.
• Maintain phishing detection tools to protect against email-based threats.
• Lead Windows lifecycle and upgrade projects.
• Conduct system audits to ensure compliance and performance optimization.
• Research and recommend new technologies to enhance user experience.
• Assist with the planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives.
• Document technical procedures and create end-user training materials.
• Participate in on-call support on a rotational basis.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in desktop engineering or a related IT support role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Intune and SCCM, including installation, configuration, and management.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems and standard desktop applications.
• Working knowledge of Azure AD, Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages for task automation.
• Familiarity with phishing prevention tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
