セールスマーケティング　マネージャー

Job Purpose:  

国全体でのマーケティング成功を担い、マーケティング活動により得たリードを最大限活用する。

営業との密接な機能的パートナーシップを築き、組織内でのマーケティング活動推進のサポートを得る。

ブランディング活動を通し、持続可能なビジネスニーズを獲得に貢献する為に、ブランディング戦略を構築/実行する。

Responsibilities:

• 管理職として自チームのピープルマネジメントを行い、チームメンバーが持っている能力を発揮できるよう、環境整備・オペレーションフローを構築する。

• 目標とするビジネス目標とROIを達成するために、キャンペーンの継続的なPDCAと改善活動を続ける。

• すべてのマーケティング活動において、自身の手を動かしながらチームの実行体制を確保・維持する。

• 事業目標達成のため、グローバル企業戦略と各国のマーケティング活動との整合性を意識する。

• 戦略方針を基に、マーケティング活動の実行と、得た結果に対するパフォーマンスを定量化し分析する。

• 主な社外のステークホルダーである、ベンダー、パートナーと強固な信頼関係を築き、コラボレーションの機会を探る。

• 取り扱い製品や販売チャネルなどを把握し、営業部門のビジネスドライバーを理解し、協業活動を積極的に計画・実行する。

• ビジネス部門とマーケティングチームの橋渡しとなり、マーケティング活動がビジネス目標に合致していることを確認する。

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• 商社(ディストリビューター)もしくはパートナー(販売代理店)での5年以上の営業経験。

• オペレーションフローの構築、改善の経験。

• 戦略的なビジネスプランニングの計画、実行経験。

• 自チームの予算管理もしくはマーケティング業務管理の経験 。

• 口頭および書面での卓越したコミュニケーション能力。

• マルチタスク能力とプレッシャー下での業務遂行能力。

• 社内外との信頼関係を構築できる能力。

• 結果を重視し、一貫性のある優れた成果を出すことができる。

• 高いプロ意識と誠実さを有する。

• イニシアチブを持ち、自発的に行動できる。

• 優れた企画・コミュニケーション能力

• 活動により得た結果を定量化し分析する能力

• マーケティング分野全般、特にデマンドジェネレーションとリード創出の経験があれば尚可

• 3年以上の管理職経験があれば尚可
