Business Process Analyst

TD SYNNEX San José, San José Province (Onsite) Full-Time

Job Purpose:

As a part of the team of Center of Operational Excellence at TD SYNNEX - Shyft Global Services, this individual will leverage his/her knowledge to improve business processes or to develop new capabilities that will improve the customer service delivery experience. The candidate will be responsible for the end to end definition of the operational excellence elements for the given business unit and process. The company is looking for an individual who will be able to deliver on the business process design, testing, data conversion, training, deployment activities as the company goes through rapid company transformation. This person will be the go to person for their given process and will be the key contact between business units and the COE

Responsibilities:

  • Define with the business owner the process to be centrilized analyzing and defining the To Be process.

  • Identify best practices.

  • Establish and document the processes To Be implemented.

  • Stabilize the business processes centralized.

  • Re-engineering, optimize and strength the business process.

  • Work with business units to define risk mitigation action plans to resolve processes gaps.

  • Overseeing business processes through KPIs

  • Ensure the business operations are efficient in terms of using as few resources as needed.

  • Undertake productivity Initiatives.

  • Identify measurements and quantify proposed process improvements.

  • Facilitate problem solving and brainstorming sessions with business leaders to develop solutions.

  • Update on project status to sponsors, stakeholders.

  • Identify Improvements and develops solutions to critical business issues.

  • Give support to the business with the processes implemented.

  • Provide consulting services to internal customers and BU leaders.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Able to use common office equipment.

  • Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.

  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

  • Able to understand and analyze business models

  • Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.

  • Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.

  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

  • Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Able to effectively multi-task.

  • Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.

  • Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.

  • Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.

  • Experience working on business models and optimization of operations.

  • Knowledge of standard methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma is a plus

  • Ability to create complex and large process documentation

  • User training will be added experience

  • Fluent English

  • Willingness to work in a multi-cultural and multi-skilled team

  • Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability

  • Great attention to detail
