Vendor Business Manager
About the Role:
Focuses on building and maintaining business relationships of assigned TD SYNNEX vendors to achieve the best financial performance.
Main Responsibilities:
Business Development Strategies:
- Implement strategies focused on increasing market share and effectively positioning Cisco architectures.
- Design, plan, and execute strategies related to cloud or on-premise solutions, licensing, and subscriptions, achieving 30% year-over-year (YoY) growth.
Demand Generation:
- Plan and coordinate activities such as digital marketing, events, training sessions, and other initiatives that drive demand generation.
Management and Reporting of Results:
- Justify, verify, execute, and report results based on the ROI of DDI funds.
- Conduct detailed analyses and reports on the impact of various vendor programs.
- Report results quarterly (Q by Q) with specific goals for the Commercial and Public segments.
Strategic Relationships:
- Establish and maintain effective communication and strong relationships between Cisco, partners, and the TD SYNNEX team.
- Design strategies to attract and develop new business partners.
Leadership and Teamwork:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the vendor's assigned technologies and programs.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Business Development Management (BDM) teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Strategic Planning:
- Ability to develop strategic plans in collaboration with business partners and the Cisco team, aligned with business objectives.
Additional Requirements:
- Proven experience in similar roles with a focus on technological solutions and business development.
- Analytical skills to evaluate programs and results.
- Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and strategic partners.
What We Are Looking For:
- Graduated engineers with a technical-commercial profile.
- Experience as a Project Manager (PM).
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in similar roles.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
