Graphic Designer I

What you’ll do here: 

• Collaborates with schools and sales organization to create custom yearbook cover designs
• Host online design sessions with customers
• Create product solutions that enhance photography for the various Lifetouch businesses
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop consumer product solutions that drive business results and customer engagement.
• Responsible for accurate delivery of design files to internal and external production vendors following file specifications
• Work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines across multiple projects.
• Other duties as assigned

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent related experience

 The Skills You’ll Bring: 

• PORTFOLIO OR WEBSITE REQUIRED AT TIME OF APPLICATION 
• 3-5 years of design experience
• Portfolio showcasing print-based projects, hand-lettering and illustration skills preferred
• Appreciation of typography, layout, composition, and color
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment but also excels at working independently
• Willingness to be flexible with tasks on a day-to-day basis and evolve role as required by the needs of the team

Other (knowledge, skills, and abilities)

• Proficient in Creative Suite for digital and print
• Microsoft applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment
• Has a portfolio that reflects design sensibility, attention to detail, clean and modern aesthetic
• Good organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Detail oriented in the execution and follow-up of work 
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently as well as balance and execute against multiple projects/priorities simultaneously
• Takes initiative
