Pre-sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

・外資系IT専門商社において、ハイブリッドクラウドソリューションの導入を支援し、お客様およびパートナー様のビジネスニーズに合わせたM365およびAzureベースのプリセールスサポートを提供する

・お客様およびパートナー様とのコミュニケーションを通じて、ソリューションの理解を深め、適切な提案を行い、お客様の課題を解決するとともに当社の事業拡大に貢献する

・従来のパブリッククラウド、オンプレミスだけでなく、マルチクラウド、ハイブリッドクラウドなどのソリューション提案の技術強化を行う

【具体的な職務内容】

・M365およびAzure全般のサービスおよび技術的な提案活動を行う

・M365およびAzureに関する技術的な検証を行う

・グローバルディストリビューターの一員として、Azureビジネスの拡大の為、販売パートナーと戦略的な関係を構築し、シェアの向上を実現する

・社内の製品担当や営業担当と協調し、主要顧客パートナーとの良好な関係を構築し、さらなるビジネス機会の創出を図る

・ビジネスを推進するために必要なプレゼンテーションやデモンストレーションを効果的に実施し価値訴求を高める

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

【スキル・能力】

・お客様、パートナー、社内とのコミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーションスキル

・ITインフラ、ソフトウェア、サービス、ソリューションに関する知識

・クラウドサービス全般の基礎知識

・M365（Copilot, Autopilot, Intune, Defender等）およびAzureサービスに関する知識

【求める経験】

・ITインフラ、ソフトウェア、サービス、ソリューションに関するプリセールス活動の経験

・クラウドテクノロジー、特にM365（Copilot, Autopilot, Intune, Defender等）およびAzureに関する2年以上のプリセールス実務経験

・パートナービジネスの経験があれば尚可
