Talent Management Analyst – Contractor

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and driven Talent Management Analyst – Contractor who can juggle multiple tasks under aggressive timelines as well as a “can-do” attitude with full accountability.

Promoting the People Analytics strategy through building, improving and influencing with data, this person will have demonstrated skill with talent data and ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders. This position will work closely with the Talent Management program managers, collaborating with HR, executive and cross-functional partners to convert business challenges into accurate analyses and insights.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

Data Analysis: Aide in the preparation and analysis of data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, including the summarization and presentation of key insights and findings. Design and automate analytics processes to deliver compelling insights at scale.

Generate insights to yield valuable organizational, functional and business actions. Develop and deliver analytics outputs (ex: Scorecard reports, etc.)

Data Visualization & Insights: Develop Dashboards, track and monitor program key performance metrics, proactively investigate deviations, and work with appropriate stakeholders to highlight opportunities and risks to the business, identify root causes, and come up with plans to mitigate deviations with the program managers.


Project Management: Provide support in the planning, organization and execution of pre and post survey administration activities. This also includes taking on ad-hoc projects in support of the Talent Management and Learning and Development teams.

Support HR Evolution PMO on key analysis, meeting preparations, and follow-up on key meeting actions.


Reporting: Assist with the development, creation and maintenance of reports, scorecards and dashboards. Explore and innovate on the methods for delivering insights into the organization.


Define and maintain structure, process, and cadence of program reporting to enable fast leadership decision-making and reporting to key stakeholders across the business and functions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of analytics experience, preferably within Human Resources or People Reporting 
  • 2+ years of experience using Tableau and/or dashboard creation & data visualization skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 
  • Proficient HRIS skills, preferably SAP 
  • Sophisticated Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas, V Lookups and Pivot Tables 
  • Experience in data-driven storytelling is preferred, Excited about telling stories with data 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence and develop and communicate clear, comprehensive analyses  
  • Strong business orientation/comfortable presenting to Executives and large audiences, comprised of multiple levels of leadership; articulate and influential; effective storyteller
  • Operates effectively in dynamic environments; comfort with ambiguity and “working in the grey”; highly adaptable
  • Must be comfortable articulating work product and presenting to senior leaders
  • Desire for utility player with talent mobility - leveraged across teams
