As the Vice President of our Advanced Solutions (AS) business, you will have the opportunity to drive our efforts in identifying and harnessing next-gen technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Security, IoT, as well as play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies that will position TD SYNNEX at the forefront of cutting-edge solutions. You will play a critical role for our people, driving technical & sales resources within the TD SYNNEX customer base and shaping our Advanced Solutions strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Create a winning culture by motivating, coaching and developing the team, utilising servant leadership principles in line with TD SYNNEX culture. 
• Display professionalism and role model positive behaviour at all times, upholding the TD SYNNEX values of inclusion, integrity, collaboration and excellence. 
• Maintain close relationships & be visible & influential with key senior vendor & key customer stakeholders (CEO / MD level).
• Total Profit and Loss ownership: understand, influence and achieve.
• Ownership of the annual financial plan for business unit(s) agreed with France MD & AS European SVP annually.
• Provide accurate forecasts including key pipeline and risk mitigation plans.
• Provide thought leadership within the European AS leadership team.
• Show TD SYNNEX’s market & thought leadership through social media, press and PR.
• Work proactively with France Sales Director to ensure profitable growth through all Sales channels.
• Senior relationship management for all vendors & customers.
• Set strategic direction for the Business Unit(s) in conjunction with key European leadership.
• Recruitment, leadership, management and coaching of staff to achieve Business unit objectives.
• Development and management of technology & vendor plans.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• Strategic thinking & planning.
• Proven experience of leading and developing high performing teams and coaching for success
• Ability to motivate & lead a large group of Sales and Technical employees directly or indirectly under their management.
• Experience of owning a P&L, commercial negotiation and business planning and review.
• Have gravitas, experience and style to influence senior internal & external stakeholders.
• IT marketplace – understanding of Competition, Customers & Vendors.
• IT industry knowledge including Enterprise Infrastructure, Cloud, Analytics, IoT, Security & Enterprise Software.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Leadership and development of teams
