Human Resources Intern (Summer 2025)

Arconic Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite) Full-Time

Arconic is currently in search of a Human Resources Intern to join our Corporate Headquarters. As an intern for Arconic HR, you will be a valued member of a high-performance team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Learn about Arconic’s business and HR-related processes, systems, and procedures.
  • Complete meaningful administrative, strategic, and project-based work in several assigned HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Benefits and Compensation
  • Contribute as a member of cross-organizational and/or cross-functional teams.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement of Arconic HR processes, programs, and activities.
  • Assist with corporate intern program communication, event planning, and processes. 

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration with a Human Resources Concentration/Major, Management with a Human Resources Concentration/Major, Industrial Relations, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or closely related field.
  • Must have an expected graduation date in late 2025 or Spring/Summer of 2026 or 2027.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Involvement with one or more extracurricular activities, work-study, or off-campus jobs, and/or volunteer positions
