当部署はエンドポイント商材（主にPC、PC周辺機器、アプリケーション）の仕入れやマーケティングにもかかわる販売戦略をプランし、会社の売り上げや純利益向上を助長させるプロダクトマネージャーが在籍する本部に属しております。  

PC2部では当社のコアベンダーの1社である日本hp、コマーシャル市場の拡大を期待されているASUS JAPAN、会社の売り上げの底上げを図る国産企業のPCメーカーと数多くの担当メーカーを担当している部署となります。                                                

今回募集するポジションでは1社専属の担当プロダクトマネージャーとして、当社内での当該メーカー製品のブレインとなりメーカーとの関係性継続や会社の売り上げを増加させる役割を担って頂きます。

当社内でも最注力メーカーの中の1社の担当と、メーカーからも当社の売り上げに対する期待値が高いため、販売目標へのコミットメントや目標に対する進捗管理を体系化しながら遂行し、自身の業務内容を試行錯誤しながら実直に取り組み、社内の営業担当とのコミュニケーションもリクエストに対しても迅速かつ営業的感覚を持ったレスポンスのできる人材を求めております。                

[具体的な職務内容]                                                

'メーカー仕入れに関する職務

　・ 四半期および年間の販売目標金額を合意し、その目標金額に即した販売プランの作成やKPIの設定、メーカーへの支援要請

　・ 戦略在庫の設定と戦略的価格での在庫仕入れができるための価格交渉、場合により戦略在庫のみにかかわらず、発注済み製品の納期調整

　・ 定期的なメルマガ配信や当社ECサイトでのバナー掲載、営業に対するSPIFF施策等で利用するMDF獲得の交渉とそのMDFの計画的な施策実行

　・ その他：メーカー営業担当との定例会の実施、デモ機の購入、営業向けセミナーの実施要請　等

会社売り上げに関する職務

　・ 各部署の販売目標管理や売り上げ向上を狙った施策の実施、案件管理と販売フォーキャストの提示

　・ 製品の価格設定や営業の案件対応におけるサポート、主に戦略的案件に用いる案件補填額の調整、出荷済み製品に対する金額補填による純利益率向上、純利益シミュレーション

　・ 在庫製品やメーカー戦略商材、助成金設定製品の社内プロモーションによる営業の販売意識改善、社内営業に対する営業活動

　・ その他：営業からの問い合わせ対応、商品登録、全社アナウンス、製品チラシの作成　等

会社コスト改善に関する職務

　・ 適正在庫化、滞留在庫の処分プランニング、適正タイミングでの発注と仕入調整、購買部署との連携による在庫製品の購入要請

　・ 部署別コストの可視化による利益改善、販売価格の再設定、利益改善ロジックの理解と改善策の実施

主な連携他部署

　・ 営業部署：システム営業部、ビジネスパートナー営業部、第1営業部、第3営業部（案件フォローや打ち合わせなど）

　・ 購買部署：CMHWプロキュアメント部（製品の発注や販売プラン設定など）

　・ ファイナンス部署：AR&Credit部、AP&VCM部（MDF管理と執行可否相談、価格補填対応など）'                                                

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

・3年以上の法人営業 もしくは 営業企画経験

・ 社内、パートナー、お客様とのコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーションスキル

・ 業務の効率化を図ることのできる能力

・ ExcelやPower BI等の利活用によるプレゼンテーションの作成スキル

・ 積極的かつ迅速な問題解決能力

・ PCハードウェアの構造を理解、もしくは構成に携わっていたこと、勉強経験があれば尚可

・ 3年以上のIT業界での経験があれば尚可
