Stock Controller
Job Purpose:
To maintain stock accuracy and investigate stock issues within the warehouse. This involves many tasks from counting with the PI team, completing ASM claims and answer stock queries
Responsibilities:
- PI counting with the Stock Management team
- Discrepancy investigation
- Random Quality Audit and Count
- Complete stock checks of current inventory and any previous adjustments.
- Processing Stock Adjustment and follow-up with approval authorities.
- Ensure swift resolution to customer issues internally and externally
- Identify opportunities for improvements in processes to raise standards of performance.
- Work to company health and safety standards
- To maintain company housekeeping standards through daily monitoring and taking appropriate corrective action.
- To count and maintain the warehouse stock file within the required cycles or nominated times to ensure errors can be picked up quickly and rectified
- Deal with email and telephone calls from purchasing/finance/customer service in a prompt and professional manner to ensure that the relevant information is communicated across the group
- To process miss pick/overs hip ensuring accuracy of stock records
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
- SAP experience
- Advanced level skills in MS office applications
- Must have own transport
- Be flexible with hours of work
