Services Executive

TD SYNNEX Nettetal, Nordrhein-Westfalen (Onsite) Full-Time

Job Purpose:

Ensuring the timely and on-schedule processing of business transactions in the areas of e-commerce tools, new customers, and sales helpdesk.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing customer emails and telephone calls in DE / EN / FR / IT
  • Ensuring the maintenance and quality of customer master data: Creating new customers in SAP / CRM / InTouch, maintaining and updating address data, maintaining and updating InTouch & e-commerce tools, filing and archiving customer contracts, deleting customers, maintaining employee master data for personnel sales
  • Monitoring individual business transactions (deadlines, throughput times, processing status, completion), in particular the age structure and implementing measures for improvement
  • Compliance with and implementation of department-specific SLAs and quality specifications
  • Continuous improvement of existing processes regarding efficiency, cost minimization and time management
  • Department-specific administrative activities and special tasks

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • >3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience
  • Good knowledge of the IT systems used, especially SAP
  • Product, market, and logistics knowledge
  • Active and confident communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, team spirit
  • English proficiency in speaking and writing
  • Proficient use of standard PC applications (e.g., MS Office)
