Job Overview:  

The IT Budget Analyst is responsible for leading the budget planning process, analyzing regional financial data and summaries, and managing contracts.  

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in Europe and US. Responsibilities:

Budget Planning:

• Lead the annual budget planning process for the Technology team

• Conduct global budget reporting and analysis

• Engage and conduct monthly reviews with stakeholders to plan forecasts.

• Assist coworkers with the procurement process.

Financial Reporting:

• Analyze regional financial data and global financial summaries.

• Prepare and present financial reports to management

• Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain and manage global centralized data for laptop/desktop plans and actuals.

Contracts Management:

• Centralize contract information and maintain a centralized repository for all contracts.

• Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify synergies, consolidate contracts, and identify potential cost savings.

• Provide reminders and partner with contract owners to ensure awareness of upcoming renewals and necessary changes

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• 3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience.

• Exceptional analytical skills

• Excellent knowledge of Excel

• Data manipulation and cleaning experience

• English proficiency level, additional languages welcome.

• Able to create and conduct formal presentations and to interact effectively with all levels of management.
