Group Leader

Key responsibilities关键职责:

Environmental Health & Safety Management EHS管理:

• Lead by example and reinforce the safety practices while enforcing Tenneco safety policies.

以身作则加强安全实践，同时执行天纳克安全政策。

• Organize & convene monthly safety meetings for the team members to carry out safety education, risk assessment, accident investigations & other related safety activities, increasing safety awareness & lead the team in creating a safe working environment.

组织召集全员月度安全会议，开展安全教育，风险评估，事故调查以及其他安全相关活动，增强安全意识，带领团队创建一个安全的工作环境。

• Lead the team in discovering & eliminating any hidden dangers in the production line.

带领团队发现并消除生产线上的隐患。

• Be the person-in-charge of the safety & discipline of your designated area of the factory on your shift.

当班时，担任工厂指定区域的安全及纪律负责人。

• Investigate, report and communicate all accidents, injuries and/or illness and near misses.  Analyze & systematically resolve the problem & prevent its recurrence (G2).

调查、报告和沟通所有事故、伤害和/或疾病和险些发生的事故-

分析并系统地解决问题，防止再次发生 (G2).

• Draft the production line’s 《Lessons Learned》 safety document (G2).

起草生产线的“Lessons Learned”安全文件 (G2).

Quality Management质量管理:

• Ensure that production is organized in accordance to the related quality documents in the production line.

确保生产线按照相关质量文件组织生产。

• Guide the Team Leaders in raising their quality awareness & in carrying out quality tasks.

指导班长提升质量意识，开展质量工作。

• Lead the team in discovering any hidden quality issues & analyzing any abnormalities. Formulate action plans to resolve the issues, & push for improvements across the board.

带领团队发现质量隐患，分析异常情况。制定行动计划解决问题，全面推动改善。

• Lead the implementation of Quality Control Checks & related quality-control activities.

领导实施质量控制检查和相关的质量控制活动。

• Analyze any major quality problems, & systematically resolve the problem & prevent its recurrence (G2).

分析重大质量问题，系统地解决问题，防止再次发生 (G2).

• Coordinate the various departments’ resources, & assist the Area Manager in meeting the department’s quality objectives (G2).

协调各部门资源，协助生产经理完成部门质量目标 (G2).

• Draft the production line’s 《Lessons Learned》 quality document (G2).

起草生产线的“Lessons Learned”安全文件 (G2).

Operation Management运营管理:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the activities of team members to meeting production schedules and to hold them accountable for their performance.

计划，协调和监督团队成员的活动以满足生产计划，并对他们的表现负责。

• Supervise the team members in safety & standard operations, coordinating resources to handle production abnormalities promptly.

监督团队成员的安全标准操作，协调资源及时处理生产异常。

• In early stage of new product launch, coordinate the resources needed and help to resolve problems.

在新项目投产初期，协调所需资源，协助解决问题。

• Participate in the drafting, auditing & updating of production process documents, operating standards & other related documentation.

参与生产工艺文件、操作标准及其他相关文件的起草，审查和更新。

• tors, draft the reports, & be in charge of implementing the improvement plan (G2).

分析异常生产指标，撰写报告，负责实施改善计划(G2).

Cascade the monthly & yearly production targets, monitor and track progress (G2).

• Offer advice & opinions on the process flow design for new projects (G2).

Materials Management物料管理:

• Ensure that production components & MRO are properly issued & recovered & coordinate the handling of any abnormalities.

确保生产部件和MRO的正确发放和回收，并协调任何异常的处理。

• Be in charge of the management of your line’s MRO & optimize the usage.

负责管理所属生产线的MRO，并优化其使用。

• Assist the Area Manager with consolidating & analyzing inventory discrepancy data, & coach your Team Leaders on increasing their analytical skills. Compile these into a line inventory report & participate in improving inventory data accuracy (G2).

协助生产经理进行线边原材料的领用、退库管理以及差异分析盘点，整合和分析库存差异数据，并指导你的团队领导提高他们的分析技能。编制库存报告，并参与提高库存数据的准确性(G2).

Equipment Management设备管理:

• Direct maintenance & management of equipment & fixtures.

直接维护和管理部门设备及工装夹具Assist in the audit of the equipment & fixtures for new projects.

协助新项目设备及工装的审核。

• Coordinate resources to drive improvements for the equipment & tooling.

协调资源以推动设备和工装的改进。

• Assist the Area Manager & equipment/process engineers to update & complete the TPM Checklist according to production needs & equipment condition (G2).

根据生产需求和设备情况，协助生产经理和设备/工艺工程师更新和完成TPM检查清单(G2).

• Propose & draft improvements for the equipment & tooling for the launch period of new projects (G2).

建议并起草新项目投产阶段设备和工装的改进方案(G2).

5S Process5S 过程:

• Champion the 5S process and ensure standards are achieved/maintained & continue to improve.

支持5S流程，确保达到/保持标准，并持续改进。

• Build up a (N+1)S demonstration cell (G2)

建立一个(N+1)S示范单元 (G2)

Continuous Improvement持续改进:

• Promoter & person-in-charge of the Lean Manufacturing improvement activities.

精益生产改善活动的推动者和负责人。

• Lead the team to accomplish yearly goals.

带领团队完成年度目标。

• Be in charge of performance improvement & cost-cutting plans for the line.

负责生产线的性能改善和成本削减计划。

• Lead the team to apply continuous improvement tools to the production area. (G2).

领导团队在生产区域应用持续改进工具 (G2).

• Assist the Area Manager to complete various section improvement goals (G2).

协助生产经理完成各部门的改进目标 (G2).

Employee Development员工发展:

• Plan & implement the training of multiple skills for the team members. Provide timely and effective feedback to team members.

计划并实施团队成员的多种技能培训。向团队成员提供及时有效的反馈。

• Be aware of the team members’ conditions. Keep frequent communication& ensure stability in your team. Promptly report the issue to your supervisor & the HR department if necessary

了解团队成员的状况。保持频繁沟通，确保团队稳定。如有必要，及时向主管和人力资源部报告。

• Develop, support and monitor activities that foster teamwork and team spirits within the group.

发展，支持和监督培养团队合作精神的活动。

• Interview and approve new hiring when required.

批准并面试新员工。

• Coach T3 Team Leaders on their day-today work (G2).

指导T3团队领导的日常工作 (G2).

• Implement in-house training for the Team Leaders (G2).

对团队领导进行内部培训 (G2).

Ideal candidate experience经验:

• 3 or more years of production management experience.

3年以上生产管理经验。

• Work experience in the automotive parts industry preferred.

有汽车零部件行业工作经验者优先。

Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional)技能和胜任力:

• Understanding of lean production & 5S etc. relevant knowledge.

了解精益生产和5S等相关知识。

• Familiar in the use of MS Office software.

熟练使用MS Office办公软件。

• Able to read & write in English is preferred

具备英语读写能力者优先。

• Must possess knowledge to read, write, and perform basic math skills (includes basic algebra, fractions, geometry). 

必须具备读写知识，并执行基本的数学技能(包括基本代数，分数，几何)。

• Must have the ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram forms.

必须有能力执行书面、口头或图表形式的指示。

• Ability to operate, troubleshoot, make minor adjustments and/or perform preventive maintenance on metal bending, welding, forming, fabrication, and assembly equipment would be beneficial. 

具备操作、故障排除、小调整和/或对金属弯曲、焊接、成型、制造和组装设备进行预防性维护的能力者优先。 

• Experience in effective use of quality control gauges/equipment, inventory systems, blueprint interpretation, computer applications, and SPC charting where applicable.

具有有效使用质量控制仪表/设备，库存系统，图纸解释（产品图纸），计算机应用和SPC图表的经验。

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

能够阅读和理解安全规程、操作维护指导书、操作规程等文件。

• Good communication skill and team work

Qualifications/ certifications任职资格和证书:

• College (or equivalent) or higher education

大专（或同等学历）以上。
