We are seeking a Warehouse Senior Specialist to oversee daily warehousing processes, inventory management, and financial accuracy. This role involves collaborating with 3PL providers, sales teams, and key stakeholders to optimize operations, resolve order issues, and enhance service quality. If you have 3-5 years of experience in warehouse & logistics management, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities

  • 每日監控進出貨及退貨作業,透過KPI管理確保符合客戶需求,並持續提升作業效率。

  • 庫存管理與帳務處理,確保倉庫庫存數據的準確性,並定期盤點以維護庫存紀錄的完整性。

  • 庫存帳務管理,負責記錄、核對及分析庫存變動,確保與財務部門對帳一致。

  • 請款作業,處理與倉儲及物流相關的費用請款,確保帳務清晰並符合內部審核要求。

  • 將與第三方物流(3PL)供應商合作,確保每日揀貨效率順暢,提升服務品質。

  • 將與內部業務團隊合作,提供即時庫存狀況、訂單進度及配送時程等資訊。

  • 異常訂單排解並分析庫存、物流或系統導致原因,並即時與相關單位協調。

  • 平衡倉庫運營效率及成本,並與各單位間順暢溝通。

  • Daily monitoring of inbound, outbound, and return operations using KPI management to ensure all processes meet customer requirements and continuously improve operational efficiency.

  • Inventory and account management, ensuring accurate warehouse inventory data and conducting regular stock checks to maintain data integrity.

  • Inventory accounting management, responsible for recording, reconciling, and analyzing inventory changes to ensure alignment with financial records.

  • Billing operations, handling cost-related invoicing for warehousing and logistics services, ensuring clear and accurate financial documentation.

  • Collaboration with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring smooth daily picking operations, resolving operational issues, and enhancing service quality.

  • Coordination with internal sales teams, providing real-time updates on inventory levels, order status, and delivery schedules to support business operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Customer abnormal order resolution, promptly handling orders affected by inventory, logistics, or system issues. This includes coordinating with relevant teams to ensure quick resolution, minimizing customer impact, and improving service reliability.

  • Ensuring effective communication among all relevant stakeholders while maintaining warehouse operations within budget constraints.

Experience & Expertise

Primary:

  • 熟悉倉儲管理系統 (WMS)

  • SOP制定與KPI設計能力

  • 良好的數字分析能力

  • Experience in warehouse and logistics operations

  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

  • Experience in SOP development and KPI design

  • Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency

Secondary:

  • 熟悉Google Workspace(文件、試算表、簡報等相關功能)

  • 具備汽、機車駕照

  • 具備E-Commerce產業倉儲經驗

  • 具備倉儲物流相關證照

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)

  • Possession of a valid driver's license (car/motorcycle)

  • Experience in e-commerce warehouse operations

  • Possession of relevant warehousing and logistics certifications

Basic Job Requirements

  • 倉儲與物流管理經驗: 3~5 年

  • 學歷要求:大學相關科系畢業,基礎英文能力

  • 個人特質:責任心強,具抗壓性、耐心,並具備主動學習精神

  • 工作地點:物流中心 - 桃園市大溪區、辦公室 - 台北市南港區

  • Warehouse & Logistics Management Experience: 3–5 years

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, with basic written and spoken English skills

  • Communication & Coordination Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with 3PL providers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and problem resolution

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly analyze and resolve unexpected issues such as inventory discrepancies and operational delays

  • Personal Attributes: Strong sense of responsibility, high stress tolerance, patience, and a proactive learning mindset
