Please refer below JD of Program Buyer.

1. Conduct supplier risk assessment & supplier Capacity study before nominating the Project.
2. Zero base costing of parts.
3. Ensure sourcing price are comply with internal cost target
4. Preparation of RMC & Tooling Cost submit to Sale & Marking.
5. Conduct review meetings to ensure execution of projects with APQP.
6. Analysis & Support for all types of Product / Process nonconformities, Corrective & preventive action & follow up for improvement.
7. Develops strategic supplier partnerships to help optimize cost, quality, and performance of critical components.
8. Representative of Purchasing as a cross functional with Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commodity for Feasibility study.
9. Manage RFQ process with suppliers shortlisted by commodity according to panel strategy.
10. Tracking supplier deliverable with respect to program needed.
11. Conduct the supplier manufacturability review, supplier PPAP, PTR.
12. Track supplier Performance during program phase for cost, quality, delivery.
