Summary:
The Legal Department Intern is responsible for a variety of key tasks and functions within the legal department including corporate compliance, licensing, insurance, and providing administrative support to the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintenance of corporate records
• Filing of annual reports
• Filing various license applications and renewals
• Review of various vendor and customer documentation
• Assist with various risk management functions
• Database management
• Lead for various projects and initiatives
Requirements and Qualifications
• Precise attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate skill with Office 365, notably Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Able to utilize latitude given within job parameters to make independent decisions.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Maintains the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality regarding company information.
