Sales Operation Executive

About the role:

The Sales Operation Executive will work within the IT-spectrum and have a close contact to our client and partners. At TD SYNNEX we are keen to teach you the skills you need to know to be successful in this role. In this role you will, among other things, handle incoming order flows at the company. In this position you will grow within the role and you will keep sharing insights and experiences and skills with your colleagues.

What you'll do:

  • Placing orders and making quotes to our partners

  • Handling return requests

  • Work continually with e-mail communications cross our Nordic and East countries in Europe

  • Backlog management

  • Answering incoming phone calls from partners

  • Other administrative tasks, also completing, changing and monitor order flow

What we're kindly looking for:

  • You have a positive mindset of solving different problems

  • You are self-motivated and take own initiatives independently and as part of a team

  • You like administration, have an accurate working method and have a strong sense of service

  • You need good computer skills and good knowledge of Office-package is also meritorious

  • Fluent spoken and written skills in local language: Danish and good spoken and written English skills are requirement for this role
